A7 Hourglass Knee Sleeves boast numerous features, including double seams along the back for enhanced knee joint tension, a 7mm thickness (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations), and a 30cm length (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations). The hourglass-shaped centre taper fit applies increased tension at the knee joint, and the sleeves are constructed with high-quality neoprene and other materials. They arrive in a convenient mesh bag and are sold as a pair.

The Rigor Mortis version showcases the stiffest and densest neoprene for those seeking ultimate support and density. These sleeves are approved for use in APU, IPL, and IPF.

To wear your knee sleeves, follow these simple steps:

Fold the top and bottom of the sleeve outward.
Put on the sleeve, and when you reach the calf, place your fingers (not thumbs) inside the bottom of the sleeve in a hook-like position. Your fingers should be wedged between your leg and the knee sleeve. Pull the sleeve up until it covers your knee joint.
Optionally, if the sleeve is still too low, put your fingers (not thumbs) inside the top fold of the sleeve in a hook-like position and pull the knee sleeve up further.
Unfold the top and bottom of the sleeve and straighten any wrinkles.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent
Do not bleach
Wash with like colours
Air dry – do NOT use a dryer
Do not iron
Ensure the sleeves are fully dry before using them again

[IMPORTANT] Choosing the correct size Rigor Mortis knee sleeve is essential. If you sit in between sizes, always size up. Neoprene, like any material, has an ultimate tensile strength.
