Safe to throw around the house, simply fill up the heavy canvas bag with your favourite filler, seal it, zip it, and away you go.
Any paving or builders sand from Bunnings will suit this sand bag. We recommend compressing the filler by dropping the bag a few times while filling it up.
For an even heavier bag, you can use denser fillers such as fine rock, fine ceramic and metal based products such as ball bearings, however, do so at your own risk.
