Strength and durability was a priority when designing our second strongman belt so everything piece has been double stitched and cross patterned to ensure strength and durability.

When it comes to lifting atlas stones, bracing for a yoke carry or launching into a log press, the Strongman Back Support Belt will prevent injury, improve core tightness and keep your back warm during all modes of lifting.

With its carefully tapered design, 8mm of SBR neoprene will keep you tight and warm during all your Strongman lifts. Developed alongside some of Australia's most elite Strongmen, the Back Support Belt will deliver a new level of confidence you've yet to experience.

This belt can be worn on top of your regular training apparel or on bare flesh for the hardcore lifter. Your leather lifting belt can also be worn over the top for additional support.

SIZING

Measure the circumference of your upper torso, directly under the pec. This measurement should lap over the top of your lat but still sit under your pec muscles. See diagram below.

Select the size closest to your measurement in cm. If you sit between sizes, go the size up.
