Using correctly positioned Safety Arms is one of the best methods to protect yourself while lifting heavy without a spotter. These are (compatible with our Loaded Heavy Power Cage) or any other rack with 75x75mm tubing and 18mm holes.
For when you're benching or squatting at a high RPE and failure might (touch wood) happen, you don't want to do this without a set of safety arms.
Please note this product is only compatible with the Loaded Heavy Power Cage
