HOW TO USE
To use, wrap the wraps tightly around each wrist, in the direction of 'under the wrist'.
You will receive a left and a right wrist wrap in your package.
**Remember to tuck your thumb loop under the wrap if you are competing**

Recently purchased these wraps. Love them It might be in my head but I’m sure their make me stronger :thinking:
Bought a 90cm pair after my year-old Gangsta wraps started showing significant wear and tear, and not only was I after new wrist wraps, I was after something stiffer. I was not disappointed. These are seriously stiff, with a 4-rev wrap (straight, downward X, straight over the wrist and finish) I can only flex my wrist millimetres if I try. I will probably need some shorter, stretchier wrist wraps for squats and lighter, shorter-interval work where I won't be taking the wraps off between sets, as these are too stiff to leave on, but for heavy bench work these are pretty much ideal. Strongly recommend.
