A7 CONE knee sleeves are structured with a slight downward cut panel on the back of the quad and calf to make sure these have the ultimate compression at the knee joint while allowing light stretch at the top and bottom of the sleeve. A7 CONE knee sleeves are IPF approved starting January 2019.

- Double seams along the back to keep greater tension on the knee joint.
- 7 mm thickness
- Tapered design: 26 cm in the back and 30 cm in the front, which also applies greater tension at the knee joint.
- Tapered design allows ease of putting the sleeve on while maximizing the amount of tension on the knee without overly compressing the calf.
- High quality neoprene: neoprene that is heavier in weight and compression grading.

Loaded economy belt and a7 cone sleeves
I am still fairly new to powerlifting, been at it just over a year and was using cheap lifting gear so decided to step it up as my numbers have done so I bought the economy belt from loaded and some a7 cone sleeves and I can already feel the extra support in my lifts, I’m about to have a Max out week and so glad I have this awesome new gear and loaded we’re really great with their service, strongly recommend
