For every dollar you spend at Loaded Lifting, you earn points equivalent to a 5% reward. For instance, spending $500 earns you 2,500 points, which can be redeemed for a $25 coupon.

Log in to your account on our website, go to the rewards section, and select the reward you want to redeem. Follow the prompts to exchange your Loaded Points for the chosen reward.

To earn birthday points, log into our store's website and enter your birthday in the loyalty panel under 'ways to earn'. This needs to be done by you and cannot be added by customer support. Points are rewarded on your next birthday. If your birthday is within the next 30 days from the date of entry, points will be rewarded the following year​​.

Yes, certain restrictions apply. Points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, or discounts. Points for writing a review or celebrating a birthday are only rewarded once per year. The points redemption process may vary for different rewards.

You can view your current points balance by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the rewards section.

Loaded Points do not expire!

Okendo is a review platform. When you write a review or attach a picture/video to your review on Okendo, you earn Loaded Points.

Social Media Actions: Like on Facebook, follow on Instagram, etc., need to be done directly via the rewards panel.

Account-related Actions: Earn points for creating an account (sign up), placing an order, and writing product reviews, provided you are logged in with your store's email address​​.
Referring A Friend

Share your referral link via Facebook, email, or copy and paste it into other platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, etc. Once your friend uses this link to make a purchase, you'll receive an email notification, and rewards can be found in the 'Your rewards' section after logging in​​.
