The PowerLift Prodigy is designed with a focus on stability, featuring a custom high-density moulded sole, a 20mm / 0.8" TPU raised heel, and a laced + strapped-in design. This ensures a secure and stable platform during heavy lifts, minimising injuries and improving overall performance.

The 20mm / 0.8" raised heel allows athletes to achieve a deeper squat and a more upright position, reducing the demand for ankle mobility and leading to stronger overall lifting, while reducing stress on the lower back.
