The Phantoms are probably more stiff than the average person would need. However, after breaking in I found them to be great at keeping my wrists firm during squat and bench.

These wraps are good really supportive and firm take a bit to break and in and get used to but very reminiscent of the inzer black beauty’s with the belt thumb loop style and stiffness just these are bit more rough but it’s nothing crazy.
