Introducing the revolutionary A7 Hourglass Knee Sleeves, featuring a cutting-edge Patent Pending design that integrates an hourglass-shaped centre taper fit. This groundbreaking design ensures optimal tightness around the calf and quad while delivering focused knee compression. With three distinct stiffness levels to select from (Flexi, Stiff, and Rigor Mortis), these knee sleeves cater to various needs both on and off the platform.

We're excited to present the classic stiffness levels you've come to appreciate in our Cone Knee Sleeves, now referred to as Flexi and Stiff. Additionally, we've launched a new stiffness level called Rigor Mortis, offering unparalleled density, squeeze, and stiffness in the calf, quad, and central knee joint, surpassing any other sleeve available.

A7 Hourglass Knee Sleeves boast numerous features, including double seams along the back for enhanced knee joint tension, a 7mm thickness (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations), and a 30cm length (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations). The hourglass-shaped centre taper fit applies increased tension at the knee joint, and the sleeves are constructed with high-quality neoprene and other materials. They arrive in a convenient mesh bag and are sold as a pair.

The Rigor Mortis version showcases the stiffest and densest neoprene for those seeking ultimate support and density. These sleeves are approved for use in APU, IPL, and IPF.

To wear your knee sleeves, follow these simple steps:

  1. Fold the top and bottom of the sleeve outward.
  2. Put on the sleeve, and when you reach the calf, place your fingers (not thumbs) inside the bottom of the sleeve in a hook-like position. Your fingers should be wedged between your leg and the knee sleeve. Pull the sleeve up until it covers your knee joint.
  3. Optionally, if the sleeve is still too low, put your fingers (not thumbs) inside the top fold of the sleeve in a hook-like position and pull the knee sleeve up further.
  4. Unfold the top and bottom of the sleeve and straighten any wrinkles.

A7 Hourglass Knee Sleeves Features:

  • Double seams along the back for increased knee joint tension
  • 7mm thickness (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations)
  • 30cm length (maximum allowed by most powerlifting federations)
  • Hourglass-shaped centre taper fit for greater knee joint tension
  • Made with high-quality neoprene and other materials
  • Available in three stiffness levels: Flexi, Stiff, Rigor Mortis
  • Comes in a convenient mesh bag
  • Sold as a pair
  • The Rigor Mortis version features the stiffest and densest neoprene
  • Approved for use in APU, IPL, and IPF

Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Wash with like colours
  • Air dry – do NOT use a dryer
  • Do not iron
  • Ensure the sleeves are fully dry before using them again
[IMPORTANT] Choosing the correct size Rigor Mortis knee sleeve is essential. If you sit in between sizes, always size up. Neoprene, like any material, has an ultimate tensile strength. If you undersize, whether deliberately or not, exceeding the strain exerted on a stiff neoprene will result in eventual fracture.  If you have any questions, we're here to help.

    Excellent sleeves

I'm boring as ****. I don't drink, go out or gamble, but I am a gear junkie and spend a ****-ton on lifting gear. Belts, sleeves, wraps, you name it, I've probably owned it and then on-sold it. What I've found out along the way is that I've often brought ****, or something that was exactly the same as everything that came before it. However, occasionally there is an exception, and th A7 hourglass rigormortis sleeves are absolute keepers. I fit towards the lower end of the size range and would usually size down, but glad I didn't as the fit is spot-on. The hourglass shape snugs everything perfectly and the bounce out of the hole is awesome: still not what you'd get from a set of psycho tight wraps, but ****, not far behind. Another plus is that I can keep them on for the whole squat session without the cone-sleeve inducing foot pins and needles. But be warned, these beasts are f#@$en stiff, and you will be walking around the gym looking like an absolute stiff-legged ******...but its worth it.

Just a newbie but these stop me worrying about my knees.

I am still learning the basics of powerlifting, but coming to it very late (early 50s), my knees were my biggest worry in squats. I was recommended these sleeves by someone at my gym, and boy do they deliver. Takes a minute or so to get on and off, but the way these keep my knees stable, and the little bit of bounce at the bottom, make everything feel so much better.
