Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Warranties can be provided for goods purchased subject to a reasonable time period. If an unreasonable time period has elapsed from the time of purchase, we are unable to provide warranty cover.
We offer a minimum 12 month warranty on belts, sleeves, wraps, massage guns and soft suits. If your item fails within this period, please contact us to resolve the issue. We always aim to repair a product in the first instance. If the item is non-repairable we will replace it for free.
If your knee sleeves start showing signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.
Knee sleeves are subject to repetitive heavy stress, and consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with the ACL.
If you use choose to use your knee sleeves as shin guards, this is fine, however, it will void any warranty claim on deterioration within 12 months.
If your shoes showing signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.
Shoes are subject to repetitive stress, and consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with the ACL.
Wrist and Knee Wraps
If your wraps start showing signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.
Wraps are subject to repetitive stretching and abrasion from the velcro, consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with ACL requirements.
Massage Guns come with a 12 month manufacture warranty for mechanical and electrical failure. This is due to the repetitive loads massage guns experience over their lifetime.
We are not required to honour a warranty if the massage gun is used incorrectly or not as advised.
Barbells, Weight Plates, Racks, etc
All equipment comes with a standard 12 month manufacturer warranty for mechanical failure. For any major mechanical failure within a reasonable time period we will replace the item for free upon inspection (usually by requesting photos or videos of the failure)
We are not required to honour a product's warranty if the equipment has been used incorrectly; not as advised; in a destructive manner or assembled incorrectly.
Defects / Repairs
If your belt is failing within it's warranty period, please contact us to resolve the issue. We typically aim to repair the belt first as we have all tooling and materials necessary at our warehouse.
When contacting us, please send any images of the damage or fault so we can quickly diagnose the issue.
If your belt lever has failed (any part of the original lever cast or the pin insert) however your belt has clear signs of mistreatment, e.g. throwing it at a wall, dropping it, chipped paint, dents, etc; this will not constitute a warranty claim as we do not advise to use the product this way.
