  • All domestic orders over $150 receive free regular shipping (excludes gym equipment)
  • All domestic orders over $350 receive free express shipping (excludes gym equipment)
  • All International orders over $500 ship free (excludes gym equipment)


We dispatch orders Monday-Friday Excluding WA public holidays.

One full business day is required to dispatch your order.

PRE-SALE & IN STOCK ITEMS: Please contact us directly in order to split pre-sale and in-stock items into two shipments, this is done automatically and free of charge for Australian orders. Please note, we cannot split pre-sale and in-stock shipments for overseas orders.

DUTIES & TAXES: For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, Loaded Lifting cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


• Occasionally, there are service or delivery delays by our delivery partners. We work with all our customers and delivery partners to ensure the timeliness of all orders, however, at times there are factors outside of our control.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if you decide you no longer want the product or wish to exchange it for a different type.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable if you return a product for a store credit.

• Loaded Lifting cannot cancel processed orders that have shipped. If you wish to modify a pre-order, we can accommodate any changes other than refunding the order (per our pre-order terms and conditions advertised on-site).

• If your order is returned is us due to multiple futile deliveries, we may at our discretion request you pay for any additional shipping costs we incur.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email us and we will launch an enquiry to locate your goods. In the event it is deemed lost in any transit network, we will reship it, free of charge.


  • Click and Collect is available from our warehouse in Malaga, WA.
  • Please allow 1 full business day for your order to be picked and made available.
  • Please contact us to schedule a time/date after your purchase.
  • Pickup time slots are available Tuesday to Friday 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.

Walk in's: We are open 9am-3pm AWST to walk in's for purchases in our showroom for small good purchases.
