All orders are shipped with Australia Post via Shippit, you can track your order via Shippit's website and entering your order's tracking number (tracking emailed to you).

Australia Post tracking updates once it hits a major Australia Post checkpoint. This can sometimes be the day of delivery so patience is sometimes necessary.


All orders received before 2pm WST are dispatched that day. All orders placed afterwards will dispatch the following business day.

As we are located in Western Australia, we do not ship on public holidays in our state.

As Loaded Lifting is primarily an online distributor we do not currently offer local pickup.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with shipping and tracking details.

We aim to get your order to you as promptly as possible. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you immediately to make any necessary arrangements prior to dispatch.
