REFUND POLICY
At Loaded Lifting, we strive to provide only the finest and very best Powerlifting equipment to our customers. If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of ordering. Under special circumstances; if your product is unused and in perfect condition, we may offer you a store credit for its return.
If you received a defective product, please contact us to arrange its free replacement.
Refunds will not be offered for a change of mind, if you found an equivalent product cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. In any of these cases, we may refuse the right to a refund as is compliant with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. This policy extends to pre-ordered items which typically are 'made to order' and cannot be reasonably cancelled in any event.
FEDERATION COMPLIANCY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any equipment purchased is compliant with their respective federation, refunds will not be issued on this basis. Where possible we will advertise to show equipment that is federation compliance but insist you check with your meet director for final ruling on these matters.
