Please allow up to 24hours for tracking to become active. Depending on the delivery address, tracking may only show activity on the day of delivery (typically 2-3 days from dispatch).
Tracking details are sent automatically once your order ships. If you do not see it in your mailbox, please check your junk inbox. If you still do not have it, please contact customer care and we can provide it to you.
At the final stage (stage 3) of checkout when payment method is selected, you may enter in your discount code.
Loaded Lifting is located in Malaga, Western Australia. If you are located in the Eastern states and you order before 4pm your order will likely ship that day (WA runs 2 hrs behind). Additionally we take advantage of cheaper haulage rates shipping from the West. This means we offer you the cheapest and fastest shipping solution possible.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Please check your email for full tracking details. Tracking available at http://auspost.com.au/track/
If the product shows as 'in stock' it is indeed in stock and ready to ship. We only sell items we have on shelf and ready to express ship to your door.
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you purchase late on a Friday or the weekend, your order will go out first thing Monday. Please check our shipping times for more detail on shipping times.
