The quickest way to get instant real-time quotes for an order is to add items to cart, then enter your post code and suburb in cart.
Local pickup is available for gym equipment only from our warehouse in Malaga, WA. After selecting local pickup on checkout, please contact support@loadedlifting.com.au, provide your order number and we will be in touch to schedule a time/date for collection. If an item you are interested in is currently showing 'out of stock', please enter your email and click on “NOTIFY ME” tab on the webpage of the product you are after. As soon stock is added to the website, you will receive an email notifying you. Restock typically happens every 4-6 weeks. Any further questions please email us at support@loadedlifting.com.au
All pre-ordered items show their ETA in the availability heading under the product title. You will receive a confirmtion email once your order has disaptched. In the event you have not recieved a comfirmation email within the ETA advertised, please email us at support@loadedlifting.com.au along with your order number and we can provide a precise dispatch date.
Production times on our custom belts is typically 6-8 weeks. This means that all custom belt orders will be dispatched within 8-10 weeks from your purchase date. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has dispatched. In the event you have not received a confirmation email beyond 8-10 weeks from your purchase date, please email us at support@loadedlifting.com.au along with your order number and we can provide a precise dispatch date.
We offer a minimum 12 month guarantee on all products, if your item fails within this period, please contact us to resolve the issue. We always aim to repair a product in the first instance. If the item is non-repairable we will replace it for free. Some items like gym equipment have a life-time warranty. At Loaded Lifting, we strive to provide only the finest and very best Powerlifting equipment to our customers. If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of ordering. Under special circumstances; if your product is unused and in perfect condition, we may offer you a store credit for its return. You will also be required to cover any shipping associated with returning your product.
