I love my custom belt so far. I had mine on back order and the team was super helpful keeping me updated on it. When it came in - right on time, the quality was noticeable. The lever is heavy, and it was a great size fit. I sized down one size knowing I had waist room to move to fit me in both leaner/heavier phases and I'm glad I did. Customer service was helpful answering my questions about sizes - but their chart tells you all you really need to know. I'm currently mid belt and have enough room on either side that I'll comfortably have a custom belt through all phases. I'm stoked with it. The colours were true and the quality is great. Definitely not a flimsy belt. Very happy so far - now it's just time to hit some PBs.

The only negative was that I requested the stitching of the text to be black, on a black belt. My hopes were that the stiching would be there - but I didn't want the custom text to stand out. What I actually received though, was white text, on a black belt - the exact opposite of not standing out!

I'm assuming the manufacturing company automatically has some default colour contrast checking, and in an attempt to be helpful, automatically switched it for something which would be more clearly visible.

The shipping time was a bit lengthy given it's a custom order, so instead of checking with customer support, I used some leather paint marker I had lying around to colour in the text black myself. If you have your heart set on a particular stitching colour though, it might be worth double checking your order with customer support - who were very friendly and responsive when I had an enquiry.
