Amazing belt
This product has helped soo much to allow for core stabilisation and got me to a new PB with my deadlift. The only issue is wearing it in and at the start you won’t be able to put the strap through the leather hoop if your on the slightly smaller side. But it doesn’t really matter. If the hoop was a little further away from the starting point then it would be easier but it’s probably because of the setting I have it on due to my waist size. But all in all it’s an amazing product and worth every cent.
