It works very well. Still a bit stiff and bruises my hips a little but that is to be expected. Shipped within a couple days too which was nice

I have never seen or owned a belt of such quality. The recommendation was to go with the 13mm, and perhaps in time I may need too. But, goddamit it is comfortable and extremely supportive. It’s breaking in beautifully.
