Perfect for squats, once you set up your feet are planted and don't move. Best pair of flats I have used to date after trying the converse, reebok crossfit lite tr, sabo goodlifts and sabo deadlift shoes.

This is a solid, zero drop deadlift or squat shoe but with some flaws namely the tongue of the shoe which seems to be massively oversized. You end up having to fold the tongue over itself when lacing up the shoes. Other than this issue they are pretty solid as a flat shoe.
