  • 40cm (small): Olympic Lifting (single revolution)
  • 60cm (medium): General Training (2-3 revolutions)
  • 90cm (large): Competition Use (4-5 revolutions)



To use, wrap the wraps tightly around each wrist, in the direction of 'under the wrist'. 

You will receive a left and a right wrist wrap in your package. 

**Remember to tuck your thumb loop under the wrap if you are competing**

Strong wraps

These wraps bite hard. Great for extra wrist support during heavy lifts.
